Are your cleaners bonded, insured and background checked?

Yes. We are bonded and insured, and background checks are completed against each person before they are become part of our cleaning team. This is one of the major benefits associated with using our business over an individual who may claim to take these precautions but don't.

How long does each cleaning take?

Typically homes scheduled for initial or one-time spring cleaning may take five to nine hours depending on the size and condition of the home. Recurring cleanings average around four hours.

Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?

No. You can leave a key for us to get in and we’ll handle it from there. Some of our clients leave their key under a mat, in the mailbox, at a front-desk or somewhere else out of sight. When you book your cleaning, just remember to tell us where the key will be in the instructions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash and check payments.

Are your services actually eco-friendly?

Yes. Using green and eco-friendly cleaning practices just makes sense to us because it protects our residential maids, our customers and our planet.

Who’s responsible for the supplies?

We bring all of the necessary supplies including HEPA backpack vacuums, microfiber towels, dusters, mop heads, and green, eco-friendly cleaning chemicals.

Do you clean on weekends?

Residential clients cleaned Monday through Friday, and commercial clients cleaned seven days a week.

How many maids will be sent?

For recurring residential cleaning we only assign one maid per client, promoting a better relationship that benefits both parties along with the home. For one-time spring, move in/move out and post construction cleanings, we usually have a team of three to four maids.

If there is a problem, who can I call?

We encourage open communication between the client and their maid. Clients may contact the owner anytime they feel it is necessary.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is completely individualized. We have learned that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors including the presence of pet hair and clutter. That's why we like to meet with you before quoting a price.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Our team members take ownership of not only the level of excellence we provide, but also to any items that may have been overlooked. If a customer is not satisfied due to a service not being done that was agreed upon, we will address the matter promptly by sending the same team member back to fix the problem.
